THIS IS AN EBOOK (PDF) - although I am working on a physical printed copy, this one is digital.

The "playbook" was born out of the comment section of my TikTok videos, from  thousands of conversations with coercive men and their wives. It includes all of the ways they have described and even defended coercive behavior in the name of "a healthy sex life" for married couples. 

What so many don't understand is just how harmful and manipulative these phrases can be. I've collected them here to validate victims of this covert abuse and to bring awareness to communities around them to get them help.
